Support role for a fast-paced global sales operations team with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities to ensure the success of the overall sales organization. Hybrid work available after successful completion of fully onsite training program.
Responsibilities: - Provide training and support to sales personnel on sales processes
- Assist with Report/Dashboards requests
- Support product/service price changes
- Assist with Partner onboarding/off-boarding
- Identify areas of process improvement ensuring data accuracy
- Additional Administrative support to the Sales Ops team
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations preferred
- Strong, professional customer support skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pro-active with the ability to work independently.
- Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Tableau and ERP Experience preferred.
- Adaptable to process, policy, and other changes as part of a dynamic environment
- Associates degree or higher preferred
